Dusting the topmost shelf of one of my bookcases I found a little book of poetry with the title „Women Love Flowers“. So true!

Beim Abstauben des obersten Faches eines meiner Bücherregale fand ich ein Gedichtbändchen mit dem Titel „Women Love Flowers“. Wie wahr!

The little milk jug handpainted with flowers shows additional gilding over the blue garland-like ornament in fashion from the late 18th to the middle of the 19th century. | Sträußchen Nr. 49: Raps (Brassica napus), Futter-Esparsette (Onobrychis viciifolia), Scharfer Hahnenfuß (Ranunculus acris), Kleiner Klappertopf (Rhinanthus minor) und verschiedene Gräser.
